$40 per ticket
$300 per table

Tickets can be purchased from any chamber member, Caruthers Napa, or Gill Insurance.

Submit Award Nominations

Nominations must be received by February 1, 2026

• The David Barber Citizen of the Year
• Business of the Year
• Outstanding Young Citizen of the Year
• Farmer of the Year
• Educator or Support Staff of the Year
• Organization of the Year

There are a few ways to submit your nominations.

1. Complete the online Nomination form
2. Download the award nomination form, fill it out and email it to info@carutherschamber.com
3. Download and print out the Nomination the form and mail it to Caruthers Chamber of Commerce, PO Box 627, Caruthers, CA 93609

You may submit as many nominations as you like. Please use one form for each nominee.
